Xi Hu Long Jing, also known as Dragon Well tea, is a renowned green tea from the West Lake (Xi Hu) area of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. It is celebrated for its delicate, vegetal flavor and smooth, refreshing character. This Golden Seed reimagining offers a unique take on this classic tea.

Long Jing tea has a rich history dating back to the Tang Dynasty. Legend has it that Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty was so impressed by the tea that he designated the 18 tea bushes in front of the Hu Gong Temple as imperial tea trees.

The tea leaves are flat, smooth, and a vibrant jade green color. They are known for their distinctive 'flag and spear' shape.
